Chords are: G with hammered on Am7 shape, D with thumb playing 6th string 2nd fret, Em. C, G, D with thumb playing 6th string 2nd fret. Bm, C. D shape 8th fret, B shape 6th fret, Dm shape (two strums) third fret, D. Then repeat.
