In this video I teach people to play The Bounce Back Paddle Ball, also known as the Bat and Ball. It can give you confidence, helps with hand-eye coordination and you can get some exercise doing it.

I learned to play the Bolo Bat at about the age of seven, in which he late 60s (sixties). My mother taught me how to play. Enjoy.

Keep practicing Step by Step instruction:
1. Hold the paddle upward with one hand.
2. Hold the ball up with the other hand.
3. Now drop the ball on the paddle.
4. Hit the ball in an upward motion.
5. Repeat again and again.

This game had been around for more than 6 decades and will always be around. Go to your local hobby store or hobby shop and get yourself and child or grandchildren a Paddle Ball.
