How to use the Barnes & Noble Nook Touch Glowlight without registering

Note: Please read before you proceed with the advice.

Since 2016 you cannot use new or factory reset Nook Touch (Glowlight) without appliging below steps because the Nook Simple Touch forces you to create a Barnes & Noble account and it is not possible since UK servers have been removed.

Turn the Nook on
Select a language you want to use
On the next screen, hold down the top right page turn button and swipe the top of the screen from left to right
Now a 'Factory' button will appear and will need to be pressed
Once more hold down the top right page turn button and tap the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Now you can see 'Skip Oobe' button
Press once 'Skip Oobe' button
Now you can see the normal home screen, this allows you to use you Barnes & Noble Nook Touch Glowlight ereader devices without need to to register with Barnes & Noble.
After this the Nook was able to be used normally.
