4. Lift Cup up and down (with Right or Left Hand)
5. Clap Once
6. Twist (Right or Left) Hand & Lift up cup
7. Hit Brim of the cup to (Right or Left) Hand Palm
7. Hit part of the bottom back to the Surface (Still in Right or Left Hand)
8. Twist the cup down (with Right orLeft Hand)and grab the bottom of the cup with (Right or Left) hand
9. Hit Ground with (Right or Left) hand
