Ruby Cup is a grassroots social enterprise helping to take the fear out of periods through menstrual cups. For us it’s really important that people who have periods feel comfortable with their bodies, their period, and using a menstrual cup. For that reason we work really hard to spread the good news about using cups, and also donate one cup for every one sold to a person who has trouble getting access to period products.

We’re really keen to get more people using menstrual cups. It has many benefits for your body, your purse, the environment and more, but a lot of people are nervous about trying it out. What if it leaks? What if I don’t put it in properly? These videos are designed to help!
