This is always one of my favorite things to teach because of the reaction people have when you tell them to put the Swiss Seat between their legs. The tighter the seat is around your waist, the better support you'll have. I learned that the hard way a few years ago when I tied it loose and was hanging by my privates and my Colonel had to drag me across the rope by my privates. Each penalty is usually 10 seconds so you don't want to have a penalty before you even compete on rope bridge.

Sorry for any wind noise. I also kept the fail transition where the cameraman didn't take my cue for a little laugh. The people filming always like to zone out.
