Through the user friendly app installed on your smartphone or tablet, you can have access and control over the 8 configurable elements, as well as Sleep Quality Reports that generate every morning. The Sleep Quality Reports measure critical sleep phases, such as REM, and provide detailed information about your sleeping patterns.
