Description from the creator

Hi everyone! Welcome to my first cooking video! I had a little fail with the sound, but I hope you enjoy my whispered commentary nontheless. UPDATE! Just bought an audio recorder thingy - so hopefully future cooking videos with have better sound!!

Recipe for wholemeal bread (in case you fancy having a go yourself!)

500g strong wholemeal bread flour
10g dried yeast (I use Fermipan Red)
8g salt
350ml tepid water

Add all together and make a dough. Knead dough (see video) - leave dough to proof (sometimes called proving) for 40 mins (covered with oiled plastic film in a warm place). Once risen pop the dough into a hot oven (210-220 C fan oven) for 25 mins. Take out of oven, cool and enjoy!
