You can probably find a lot of videos about it, but I want to show you how our tailors work.
We need to spool the bobbin with an elastic thread and then use it instead of the lower thread.
I’ll show you different types of the elastic threads and tell you if they are suitable for the chiffon, silk and cotton.
Natalie will show you how to spool the bobbin and how to stitch.

Remember that if you stretch a thread too much when spooling, it will gather the fabric too much.
You should practice first. Spool a bit, stitch and check. And then do it again till the moment you get the perfect gathers.
We’ll show you how to stitch when Natalie ends spooling. When you start stitching you should hold the thread, stretching it a bit.
We’ll show you how beautiful look the gathers in between the threads.
Natalie will show you how to fix the ends of a thread as well. When using the threads which are not that thin, you can just make the knots on the wrong side.
