Ho two add your url to DMOZ directory. This took me a while to figure out so hope it helps.

First go to DMOZ dmoz.org

2 its seems as easy as just suggest url but you will need to search for your catorgery on the search bar

Once found your category which best describes your site click on it

Once you click on it at the top you should see suggest URL click on that

Then simply just add your information.
