Description from the creator

Core aeration is a great thing to do for your lawn. This is going to help relieve compaction in the soil as well as give water and nutrients a better opportunity to get down into the soil. If your lawn isn't as thick as you would like, this is also a great time to throw down seed because the soil cores we pull out will allow for us to get seed to soil contact, helping us to get better germination from our seed.

The best my lawn looks all year is about 3-4 weeks after I aerate and overseed. If you have a patchy, thin, weedy, ugly lawn, aerating is one of the best things you can do to jumpstart the process from going from ugly to beautiful. It is tough work, but I promise it is worth it.

I suggest finding several people to split the rental with. I split with a few neighbors to get the cost down to $25 per person.

Hats and shirts available, $25 a piece.
