I personally have only had ONE altercation and that was brought on by myself and I was lucky enough to defuse it quickly. This video is about how to avoid a fight with a known violent person. Three steps for success:
1. Don't let them close "the gap" & square up with you
2. Back up and turn to the side
3. Look down at the docs while keeping them in your peripheral
These steps will allow you to "Identify & notify"
