FSSAI LICENCE
You do not need an FSSAI Licence, you only need the Certificate. At the moment, during lockdown, the FSSAI office is closed - however Herbalife is open! And because Herbalife is AWESOME... they figured out ways to keep supporting us during the lockdown. Therefore, at the moment, since the offices are shutdown, Herbalife is not expecting us to submit the FSSAI certificates during registration. INSTEAD they are accepting a proof that you have applied for it. That proof is the FORM A document.

Devika - the FSSAI agent - will send you a document called FORM A, which serves as a proof of application for Fssai which you need to submit to Herbalife during the registration process.

This costs Rs 850. As a New Herbalife Associate, you need to be registered with the government as a Food Business Operator and hence they have to pay the fee. The fee for 5 years is 500 and the agent takes a fee of 350 (total 850/-)
