1) Turn off the water that runs to the sprinkler system

2) Open the release valve outside

3) Hook up your air compressor (80-100psi)

4) Cycle through each zone until you see air coming out.

5) Keep the valves 3/4 open during the winter for water expansion

6) Let the water out in the line that runs to the basement.

7) Cover the sprinkler pipes to prevent freeze
