15 lbs of Live Crawfish
3 Lemons cut in half
60 qt pot with steamer
2 lbs of seafood boil
1 stick of salted butter

Rinse crawfish off.
Fill pot half way with water. Add lemons, butter and seasoning bring to a boil.
Add crawfish and cook for 7 mins.
Cutoff burner. Dump the crawfish in a cooler and sprinkle seasoning over them. Let sit for 15 mins.
