Bai Hao Yin Zhen, also known as Silver Needle. It's a signature white tea. Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) is made only with buds. It's also a very soothing tea for some. This step by step how to brew Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) video will help you brew up a perfect cup at home using either gaiwan or teapot.
