If you're a Loyal Customer and have successfully completed your Loyal Customer Agreement, this is how to turn off/cancel your monthly product order. You will still be a Loyal Customer for life, but this turns off your monthly product order. Please keep in mind any perk points you have on your account will expire 30 days from the day you turn off your autoship.
