Simple video sharing the Rod-Reel-Lures-techniques and tips!

Very fun to catch shad. Known as Virginia Tarpon (They do a lot of jumping). It's is early March so they should be showing up any time now!

These are very simple to catch, just got to find them. There has been days were you fish for hours and only get 2 and some when every cast you get hooked on a fish. That said, know that you can be doing everything right but they just aren't there or aren't eating!

I started off catching these primarily to use as cut bait for Striped Bass. Over a few seasons, I have learned to enjoy catching em and have learned ways to get more hooks in em. Like I said, you can use larger set ups and still catch them! To me, the smaller produces more bites. I explain this in the video.

This video does not show me catching fish because they simply aren't here yet. Wanted to get this video out there for ya since they should be showing up now.
