1.) Go to Isle of Thunder
2.) Must have done the saurok quest to turn into a Saurok.
3.) Spam Essence Swapper until you get the pet you want.
4.) Blizzard leave this alone! Visual things like this doesn't hurt the game and hell your basically allowed us by stating in the Essence Swapper tool tip changes the genetic composition of Hati to match the pet didn't mention our pet had to stay looking that way so leave it to us!
