The reason many spiritual people chant AUM is that it opens the spiritual chakras, the energy centers that connect us to our intuitive faculties.

The proper way to chant AUM begins with opening the heart chakra using the sound vibration aaahhhh. The heart chakra is your main spiritual channel, the center for tapping into the astral and seeing into the future. When you open this one, you become clairaudient. You can hear the spirit world more clearly.

Everything is energy, and energy is waves of vibration, or sound frequency. So to move your energy, use sound vibration.

The next part of the chant is u, for the second chakra, your connection center. This connects you to yourself and to others. It's an emotional center. When it's open and active, you become clairsentient. You can feel energy. Have you ever walked into a place and thought, it feels weird in here? Or felt someone's bad mood before they said a word? That's clairsentience.

The final part of the chant is the third eye activation, the sound mmmmmmm. This activates your clairvoyance, the ability to see visions in meditation. Seeing with the third eye.

Sound and chant are also a core part of ritual magick. If you want to learn how vibration and sacred sound are used in ceremonial practice, that's covered inside High Magick Ritual Foundations: brandyjoy.com/ritual-sales-page
