Fast Juicer:
Breville: I prefer to use this on a daily basis, yes some of the enzymes will be lost but it will still nourish your body very much! The problem is that fast juicer leave the pulp very watery and not all of the juice is extracted.

Slow Juicers: Will extract the juice better and keep the enzymes for a longer time. In the long run a sow juicer will be better. The problem is that it takes more time but if you;re making more GREEN juices and juicing leafy greens this is the one to go for.
