This is one of the MOST frequently asked questions.haha
*Go to your smtickets counter (either sa sm cinema or dept store, check the outlets in smtickets.com)
*Bring ID and credit card used because they check information. KUNG sa parents niyo na can't get it with you, ask for their authorization letter and photo copy of their cc's (back and front to be safe).
*Go to your nearest SM or call SM Tickets (470-2222) to ask to make sure
*You can't reserve tickets or use cash when buying online.
*You can claim anytime BUT i suggest doing it before the concert to avoid any hassle on d-day
