- [ ] Dont overeat or overdrink
- [ ] Dont smoke, chew tobacco, or drink alcohol
- [ ] Dont be anxious
- [ ] Dont eat dairy, spicy, fat foods, eggs, processed foods, snacks like chips or chocolate, no sugar or anything containing artificial sugar acidic fruits or vegetables like lettuce cucumber or tomatoes, no gluten, no flavored drinks with sugar
- [ ] Dont take pain killers or nsaid
- [ ] If headache, get sum sort of painkiller from doc but minimize it
Things to eat
- [ ] First take omeprazole for a month, then cut in half for second month, reduce acid to let line heal which takes long time but dont reduce too much
- [ ] Slippery elm powder, licorice powder, green tea extract, digestive enzyme, probiotics, chicken bone broth (protein), and kombucha (non flavored) after food not on empty stomach, vitamin pills,
