How To Control Netflix And Amazon Prime Video With Alexa

Ever wanted to know how to control Netflix with Alexa? If you're running an Android set top box, an Nvidia shield TV, or Android TV then this video will show you how to control Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, and any other media application with your Amazon Echo. You will be able to launch apks using Alexa and navigate their menus using your voice.

This Tutorial will also enable you to control a smart TV and other non Android based devices for navigation.

In order to control an Nvidia shield TV or other bluetooth enabled set top box you will need a Harmony Hub rather than a Broadlink RM pro but the instructions are essentially the same. See further down for the products I recommend for this project
