Description from the creator

How to cook Buckwheat Kasha. Easy and Delicious.

1/2 cup Russian roasted buckwheat
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp butter

Wash buckwheat under cold water, put it in the pot, add water, salt, and put on the stovetop on high heat. When water starts boiling, minimize the heat, cover the lid and wait till all the water absorbs into buckwheat. When all the water is gone, kasha is ready, add butter, mix till it melts. Serve on plates and enjoy!

Note: Remember with Russian roasted buckweat we use 1 to 2 ratio, that it 1 unit of grains to 2 units of water. That is 1 cup of buckwheat would need 2 cups of water.
