How to cook crispy chicken thighs. No recipe needed, just have a hot pan with some oil, fry for around 10 minutes skin down. Use a lid because it will spit. Have a window open and extractor fan on, close door if you have a smoke detector. Finish by baking in the oven for 15 minutes. Watch video for instructions. Take care with hot oil. ***Be careful of using hot oil.***
