Description from the creator

Where to stand - You want to stand at the front corner of the bag. You do not want to straddle the back of the bag. If you do that, you’re stuck with no where to go if it’s a bad throw.

When to catch the ball - Let the ball travel to the baseline and then catch to make the tag. Do not reach out to catch the ball. Doing that will slow down the process and most times it’s a bang bang play and you want the ball to travel as far as it can.

The only time you want to go out and reach for the ball is when the ball is thrown up the baseline and into the runner. Even on one hoppers to the bag you want that ball to travel, so don’t reach! My weight starts in the front, moves to my backside and when I finish most of the weight is in my back heel.
