How to Deal With Hate & Animosity during Ascension With Shadowwork & Emotional Healing?

A few days ago the Emotions of Hate & Animosity surfaced in my life. I decided it was the perfect time to do some shadow work and get to the bottom of this Emotion. According to The Hermetic principles in the kybalion aka The Natural Laws. The 2nd Law is the Law of Polarity -  Everything in the Universe has an equal or an exact opposite! - So if your feeling hate your just finding your self on the other end of love( They are just two extremes of the same thing) So I believe understanding these emotions and owning them rather then denying them will eventually bring us back to a state of balance & peace. In this video I share this journey of facing my feelings of Hate & Animosity towards my ex to understand and know myself and come to a state of emotional healing thus changing my vibration from a lower vibrational emotion to a higher one.
