This is the method I've found works best for me it does have an instant effect and there is the added benefit of training your voice over time. This method gently stretches your vocal chords for an instant deepening effect and overtime trains you to speak using your deeper chest voice. Over use of this and any other method of deepening your voice can create strain so its best to limit yourself to 2-3 times daily. You don't need to over do it, you're good.
