Description from the creator

Fetal movements are very important part of pregnancy.Generally fetal movements are felt from 20 weeks or so.They continue till up to your delivery.Initially fetal movements will be slightly irregular and not so strong which is acceptable. After 30 - 32 weeks its important to be vigilant about the movement.Daily you must feel movements as a pattern typically after snacks or lunch or dinner. Its better to keep subconscious track that how you have been feeling all these days and If you feel that last 3 - 4 hours you have not felt any movements its better to eat something lie down on your left position and count for 2 hours. You should find at least 10 movements in those 2 hours. If you still can't find any movements its always safer to go the doctor..
