if this is difficult at first practice it quickly becomes easier. I did mess up a little in this video, I said you should hold the seed vertically to break it, but afterwards I was noticing I really don't do that, that with lemon seeds I do work them more horizontally with teeth and mouth. Holding vertically does work with pistachio and sunflower seeds.

I think you can eat an orange seed similarly, using your tongue and teeth to work off the husk, then eat the seed inside. Maybe there are other seeds where you can do it, too, such as grapefruit. I don't know, I haven't tried yet.

Here's Wikipedia's list of edible seeds. They don't include lemon and orange, so perhaps I'm creating new possibilities here ;)
