It's enabled in Vista and later, but not in XP. Here's how to do it. (Summary in description!)
(Originally uploaded 4/12/16, then I only decided to publicise this on the date above)

This is just a quick tutorial I did in someone's TeamViewer party they were having over on YT user Bob Pony's Discord server a few months ago.

Summary:
1. Go to display properties
2. Go to "Appearance"
3. Click effects.
4. Make sure the second checkbox is checked and the combo box below it is set to "ClearType".
5. Click OK and OK.
