Flea markets are filled with great bargains that are just waiting to be snatched up.

Before you venture out for your biggest bargains at the flea market:

1. Make sure you are in comfortable attire. Normally wearing of comfortable attires such as Jeans and T-shirt will help you to stay comfortably throughout the day. If the flea market is operated at outdoors, remember to bring along water, sunscreen and a hat , just in case the weather is too hot. Not to forget also to wear a pair of good and soft walking shoes so that you won’t have to end your day early due to tired or sore feet.

2. Make sure you bring along a bag or a cart as I believe you don’t want to spend the day carrying around the items that you have purchased.

3. Barter. As expected at the flea market. If you want a better price on anything that you have set your eyes upon, simply ask for it!

4.If you have a hard time finding something that you are looking for, mention it. It never hurts to ask and it may be your lucky day. Sellers often bring extra merchandise to restock their booths throughout the day. They could have what you’re looking for on their truck or be able to point you to a section of the booth that you have overlooked.

5. No matter how interested you are with the items that you see, never act too interested when you talk to the seller. You may just dance yourself right into a higher price. If a seller knows that you’re dying to buy something, or that you’re also willing to pay a little extra, that little bit of excitement could be the difference between a good find or a great deal. Flea markets are all about good finds and great deals!
