To fix a stripped screw-hole using toothpicks, a hammer and a screwdriver:
- put toothpicks into the stripped hole
- pound in as many as it feels right for you to be able to still get that screw into the hole
- pound in the screw a little bit and then start turning it
- you can also use matches or any small piece of wood paper
