ChannelSpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic CenterDescription from the creator
Dr. Rowe shows how to fix a tight hamstring for good. Get fast relief from a tight, achy hamstring in as little as 30 SECONDS!
This video is broken up into an EASY, three part step-by-step guide that will help fix hamstring tightness and pain.
First, we'll focus on loosening up muscle knots, spasms (aka Charley horse), strain, and cramps in the hamstrings through a self massage. This will help offer quick RELIEF in the back of the leg.
Second, we'll focus on hamstring stretches to help lengthen the muscle. This should help us get more FLEXIBILITY and MOBILITY back in the lower back, hips, thigh, and legs.
Third, to get rid of a tight hamstring for good, we need to strengthen the muscles in the back of the leg. And we'll do this with simple, EFFECTIVE exercises that will build strength and endurance in the hamstrings, which may help stop future aches, pains, and tightness.
All of these hamstring stretches and exercises are SAFE, natural movements that can be done at home or work. Best part is, no fancy equipment is needed either!
WATCH NOW and fix tight hamstrings for good!
