1.Click on your windows icon and search mouse settings

2.Now select additional mouse options

3.click on pointers and select browse

4.scroll down to ( C ) Alphabet and you should see crosshair cursors
there are many options so choose what you prefer

5. once you have choosed your prefered crosshair cursor
hit open and hit apply and there your done
