There are 2 simple easy steps on getting your medical certificate during GCQ here in Davao City outlined on the video.

Step 1: Go to the barangay and get a certification indicating you are not a PUI of PUM. After this, you need to photocopy the certificate since the RHU (Rural Health Unit) or CHO (City Health Office) would request it.

Step 2: Go to RHU or CHO and get a medical certificate. They would ask you some questions like symptoms and travel history, but if you feel ok then you don't need to worry about anything.

Tip: You may want to go early for the barangay certification to get a medical certificate within just 1 day only :) Goodluck
