Most of the people in don’t possess the legal permit( driving license) to drive the vehicle on the road. People don’t even bother to get the driving license and authorities never severely crack down on people who use cars without driving license. This negligence by both the parties has caused serious traffic problems, sometimes resulting in a fatal crash leading to severe injuries and even deaths.
learners licence is compulsory for getting a permanent licence. You can apply for a permanent licence after 30 days and before 6 months(if more than 6 months you would have to apply for a new learner’s licence) you get your learner's permit.
Age limit for Lerner Licence:
Motor Cycle/ Motor Car: 18 Years
LTV (Rikshaw, Taxi, Tractor Commercial): 21 Years
Note: Learner permits are issued on Daily Bases which Validity is of 6 months.

Medical Certificate
3 Passport size fresh Photo Graphs (Attested)Blue background pictures.
An Attested Copy of C.N.I.C.
Paste a Ticket of Mentioned Fee on License Document Rs:900
Get a Code Book of Traffic Rules & Regulation from Traffic Police Office.
LTV : Light transport vehicle driving licence : This is valid for commercial car-taxi, jeep, Mini bus and lightweight transport.
HTV : Heavy transport vehicle driving licence is valid for buses, trucks, trailers, cranes, and any type of heavy transport. Tractor Agriculture.
