How To Get Into Medical School: AMCAS Application + Personal Statement Tips | Premed

One quick thing I forgot to include in this take - Make sure you submit your letters of recommendation early!
- I used Interfolio, an electronic dossier service to keep everything in one place.
- Some LOR writers take longer than you (or they) expect, so asking early and reminding them closer to the due date is a good idea.
- Ask for LORs as close to the end of the period you work with someone as possible. This will let them write about you when their memory is fresh.
- You can submit up to 10 letters, so you can select which schools receive which ones
-LORs can be individual, letter packets, or committee letters (written by prehealth committees or advisors)
