This video shows how I taught myself to get on from the ground, it took me a day of trying and my body felt exhausted afterwards so PLEASE be careful if you try. Do not try if you have knee issues or your horse has back problems. I am not a professional and have never vaulted, this Is just a video sharing my experience and method!
