2. How do you want to receive the recognition you deserve? What is the language of recognition that will motivate you? Your manager may think they are appreciating you, but they may be speaking a different language than you're expecting.
3. Where and when do you want the recognition? Is it something that you want to be recognized publicly? In your one-on-one?
