Make the bed first then you'l have a place to sort clothes etc. As a parent, you need to help them find a place for everything, and let them know your expectations of what a clean room entails. My kids are improving in the cleaning steps with less complaining. (less not none, are you kidding?) OVERALL LOVE YOUR KIDS no matter if they clean their room or not. Love should be unconditional, not based on performance!
