In this Video Nouman Ali Khan talks about how to give dawah properly to people, first of all you shouldn't be concerned about weather they chang or not, that is up to Allah to guide people if there sincerely seeking guidance.
Your Job as a Muslim is to give Dawah to as many people as possible and invite them to islam using wisdom and care. Do not reduce islam to harsh debates, if you do have to debate with them do so with the best of character and don't let your ego and satan get in the way.

Also the number one tool or ingredient for Dawah is your character, a person with good character treats everyone nicley and is honest in his conduct, so improve your character so your Dawah can be more effective Inshallah :)
