Guess which Stay At Home Mommy is now a Fitness Instructor???

You guessed it-- MEEEEE!!! lol!! I've just received my scores and it's OFFICIAL-- I passed with flying colors! So, to give you a little history, this past September- I participated in AFAA's (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) APEX weekend.

During APEX weekend, AFAA offers certifications for various formats around the country. It's a really HUGE fitness event!

In this video, I talk about my journey to becoming a fitness instructor and provide tips that will help you successfully complete your fitness certification exam.
