How to grow snow peas hydroponically

Growing snow peas hydroponically couldn't be easier.

With just a couple of trays and a spray bottle, you can achieve some beautiful nutritious pea shoots.

It takes a short amount of time from peas to edibles and with little attention.

Snow pea shoots have a good amount of vitamin A which helps to keep your immune system and eyes healthy and could even prevent diabetes. They help with the fight inflammatory diseases. They have a high content of vitamin C. This vitamin is a good antioxidant, maintains immune function, helps in scarring, increases the absorption of iron.

So why wouldn't you grow and eat them especially as you know that you have the ability to do it on your kitchen table, window sill or countertop.

You can also sprout other large grains such as mung bear or brown and green lentils smaller seeds I would use a jar sprouting method
