Paulo shows you how to grow Sorrel from seed in the UK. He sows them in spring in large pots and then pots them on. He plants them in his permaculture and food forest systems as well vegetable plots. Sorrel is slowly coming back in to fashion and has a distinct lemon taste. Sorrel is an extremely hardy perennial and will come back every year.
