Description from the creator

A lot of people do not realize that smoking is a real addiction. Supporting family and friends during the time that they are trying to quit help tremendously. Vaping is not the solution. Read my article about vaping here. askthedentist.com/e-cigarettes-oral-health/

Spaces form in between teeth when you smoke. They look like dark triangular gaps. These gaps become home to cavity-forming bacteria, which makes teeth more prone to damage and breakage. I always advise my patients who smoke to use a sonic-type toothbrush after every meal.

I highly recommend the Boka Sonic Brush.

If you want to reverse cavities, try the Boka toothpaste (with nanohydroxyapatite compound). Boka also has a Teflon-free mint floss.
