How to Hit a Home Run | Baseball Hitting Drills (Pro Speed Baseball)

In this video we show you how to hit a home run... or more specifically how to give yourself the best opportunity to create backspin every time we swing the bat.

Creating backspin with a pure strike on the baseball is the hardest way we can hit a baseball.

In this video, not only do we give you awesome drill to start feeling backspin off the bat, we also show the the proper position to put your hands in to give you the best opportunity to create backspin.

I look forward to helping you improve your baseball in the future!
