How to hitchhike in Azerbaijan!

We finally left Georgia, in a wagon! After crossing the border we straight away got a free ride from a taxi driver. We first had to get ourselves registered in Balakan. After that was done, we could start our hitchhiking adventure in Azerbaijan!!
