Showing how I hoisted my 90hp Johnson Outboard boat motor to install on my boat by myself using a come along. I recommend an engine hoist aka cherry picker if you can get one. It would be much easier and you wouldn't have to move the boat. The Johnson, Evinrude, OMC motors take 5/16th fine pitch bolts to attach a hook too. Chains also work.
